The HR Roundtable has an assembled representation of companies and industries, allowing for a diverse set of perspectives at each meeting. Our membership goal for the coming year / season is to have 150 total participating members, with companies headquartered from across the eastern half of the US.


Potential members of The HR Roundtable are sourced by chapter members or are self-nominated, then vetted by the Board of Advisors. The profile of new members generally follows these criteria:


  • Senior HR Professional who is currently employed
  • Current role encompasses the oversight and involvement in all or most areas of the HR spectrum
  • Possesses a minimum of 10 years of experience overall in the profession
  • Manages a staff


Those interested in membership are vetted by members of the Board to determine fit and interest level. Thereafter they may be invited to attend a monthly meeting as a guest, at no cost. If offered membership, the dues are $300 per year, covering all meetings for the season, which runs September to July.
