The HR Roundtable
 limits the number of members at chapter discretion, with each member representing a unique industry. This strategy ensures that a freer level of dialogue can occur, eliminating concerns of discussion in front of a competitor.

Potential members of The HR Roundtable are sourced by the Board of Advisors, as well as chapter members, generally utilizing the following criteria:

  • Senior HR Professional who themselves is a Generalist Leader.
  • Possesses a minimum of 10 years of experience in the profession.¬†

Those interested in membership are first invited a monthly meeting as a guest at no cost, and if they choose can return two additional times as a guest for an additional fee per session. If offered membership, the annual dues range from $350 – $400 per year, depending on chapter location, covering all meetings for the year.
