The HR Roundtable has assembled a Board of Advisors for each chapter. Their role includes the vetting of prospective members, the setting of meeting topics, establishing the foundation for other group activities, and defining / enforcing all group guidelines. Each board is led by David Lewis, President and Founder of The HR Roundtable.

Robyn Alper is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for Charter Communications. She has both field and corporate experience and today has oversight for the HR function for Global Brand Management & Commercial Services. She has Human Resources responsibility for more than 3,500 associates.
Liz Eberhart

Liz Eberhart is a Managing Director and Head of Human Resources at Moelis & Company. Ms. Eberhart has over 15 years of HR experience, 10 of which were spent at UBS where she was most recently Head of Americas Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities HR Team. Prior to this role, Ms. Eberhart held HR positions for UBS AG in both London and Switzerland as a Client Relationship Manager and Recruiter.

A family owned business headquartered in Fairfield, Connecticut, Bigelow Tea employs 350 people across three manufacturing facilities, producing over 1.7 billion tea bags annually.

Joni Kovac is the Vice President of Human Resources at Hitachi Capital America Corp. Her role is to partner with senior management to execute strategic plans, focusing on the organization’s overall profitability, while at the same time providing the best in class HR support.

Karen Mazako directs the human resource function, including employment compensation, benefits, training, and safety for 2,500 team members at Stew Leonard’s. In partnership with store management, she promotes and implements employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of team member morale, maintaining position as an employer of choice.

Barrie Covington is the National Director, Human Resources at Hadassah, The Women’s Zionist Organization of America. Ms. Covington has over 17 years of experience in HR, with particular expertise in employee and labor relations, partnering with managers on complex workplace issues. Previously, she has held management positions at ENN (Elevator News Network) and The New York Daily News.

Kyle Sugarman

Kyle Sugarman is a Managing Director and Global Head of Human Resources management at Perella Weinberg Partners. Ms. Sugarman has approximately 20 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2008, Ms. Sugarman held several Vice President-level HR-related positions at companies including Cantor Fitzgerald, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Perella Weinberg Partners Foundation and is a founding member of the firm’s Women’s Initiative.

Keili Glynn Etess is the Director, Senior HR Business Partner at Consumer Reports, an independent, nonprofit organization that works side-by-side with consumers to create a fairer, safer, and healthier world. Keili has expertise in developing talent strategies for media and publishing organizations, having also been a member of the HR departments at Penguin Random House and Conde Nast prior to CR.

Danielle Martin has been in the field of HR for 20 years working in both the public and private sectors. Currently she is employed at A+E Networks where she is the HR Business Partner for several client groups, as well as the Director of Learning & Development for the entire global organization.

Shari Simberkoff

Shari Simberkoff is Director of Human Resources at EILEEN FISHER, a women’s apparel company committed to helping transform the fashion industry through environmental sustainability and human rights initiatives. She leads the HR function with a focus on strategic partnerships in support of the business and culture of the company. Shari has over 25 years of human resources experience, having worked previously at Nine West Group and Bloomingdale’s.

Jon Williamson

In Jon’s role of Head of Human Resources for Johnson & Johnson North America, he has strategic oversight of the Human Resources function across the J&J Enterprise in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Jon has over 18 years’ experience in HR in both line and staff roles, having previously held roles with General Electric Company, Honeywell, House of Blues Entertainment, and SGL Carbon Group.
